RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (U.S.)
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and applied to your original payment method.

For U.S. customers, we offer refunds for returned items, but the cost of return shipping to France is your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
