Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items include:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We accept returns, but you are responsible for return shipping costs to France.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
