Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Step 1: Email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Step 3: Send the product back in original condition (unused, unwashed, original packaging).
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we notify you by email.
Step 5: If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.

Important: Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as the return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost or offer an appropriate solution.

If the return is due to customer choice (size, preference, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original product following the steps above.
